Available Grades (GL)

We grade our pepper based on density (Grams per Liter), which indicates quality and maturity.

• 550 GL - 600 GL: Premium grade. Bold, heavy berries, negligible light berries. Intense flavor.
• 500 GL - 550 GL: Standard export quality (FAQ). Balanced flavor and heat.
• 400 GL - 450 GL: Light berries, suitable for grinding into powder.
